In the area of the Toggenburgerstrasse - Rainstrasse intersection, two residential buildings and one commercial building with a total of 30 apartments and around 850 square meters of commercial space have been realized in a first phase. In a second stage, a further 36 apartments are planned in 2 buildings. The residential buildings are clad with a clinker brick facade and the commercial building along Toggenburgerstrasse with a colour-anodised aluminum facade.
