Until the 1940s, the house, which actually consists of 2 buildings, was run as a restaurant named "Harmonie". The house was then used for various purposes. Our architecture office was a tenant in the building for many years.

In 2020 the house was completely renovated. The two lower floors are used by the school as an extension of the school building next to it and three apartments are housed above.
